Architectural films turn tired elevator doors, columns, desks and panels into wood, stone, metal or solid color finishes — overnight, without demolition. Our certified installers apply them in hotels, offices, retail and healthcare spaces nationwide.

Architectural finish films such as 3M DI-NOC are thick, conformable vinyls that replicate wood grain, brushed metal, stone, leather and solid colors. Applied by a trained installer, they resurface existing elements — elevator cabs and doors, columns, reception desks, millwork, door faces, wall panels, ceilings — at a fraction of the cost and disruption of replacement. Wrap It! coordinates architectural film installation through certified installers in every U.S. market, for a single lobby refresh or a multi-property brand standard.

Architectural film is unforgiving. It is applied to three-dimensional objects with inside corners, edges and returns, it has to be heated and conformed without stretching the pattern, and the seams and edges have to be invisible at eye level in a well-lit lobby. The substrate matters as much as the film: metal, laminate, painted MDF and gypsum each need their own cleaning, priming and edge-sealing approach. Our installers are matched to this work specifically, not pulled from vehicle wrapping for the day.
Most failures in architectural film come from the surface, not the film. Existing finishes are cleaned, degreased and, where required, primed with the manufacturer's adhesion promoter. Damaged edges are repaired, hardware is removed and reinstalled, and gloss finishes are scuffed to the manufacturer's spec. For fresh paint we observe the cure times the film maker calls for before applying. The result is a finish that stays put through years of hand traffic, carts and cleaning chemicals.
Hotels, hospitals and offices do not close for a refresh. Our installers work in phases and off-hours, coordinate elevator shutdowns with building engineering, and leave the space clean each shift. For multi-property programs we document the approved finish and method on the first site so every location matches. It is the same model that runs our franchise rollouts: one standard, many sites, one point of contact.
Our process is the same in every market, which is exactly why the results are consistent. From the first brief to final sign-off, one point of contact owns your project and the same quality steps run on every job.
You send us the scope — graphic types, locations, square footage and timeline. We return a clear, itemized estimate with no surprises. If the project spans multiple markets, we build a single master plan that covers all of them.
We match your job to certified installers in each market based on location, graphic type and scope. Every installer is vetted, insured and certified before they are eligible for your work.
We confirm site access, handle certificates of insurance where required, sequence the schedule, and coordinate logistics so your install lands in the right window. You do not chase vendors — we run it.
Installers prep the surface to spec and apply your graphics to a professional standard. Every job is documented with before-and-after photography and closed with a punch-list sign-off.
For multi-location work, you get progress reporting against the master schedule — which sites are done, in progress and pending — so you always know exactly where the rollout stands.
Every job is photo-documented before and after. A few from the portfolio.
