Plain-English notes on what our forms collect and who handles it.
What you type into our forms: your name, company, email, phone, show and delivery details, order details and any artwork files or links you send. We also keep the emails and proofs we exchange with you.
To quote, proof, make, deliver and install your order, and to contact you about it. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
Netlify stores form submissions and uploaded files. Stripe processes card payments; we never see or store your card number. Our email provider delivers order emails. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
We may measure how pages and the order form are used (which steps people reach, which options they pick). Those measurements don’t include your name, contact details, artwork or what you type.
Order records are kept as long as we need them for the order, accounting and warranty questions.
