How each delivery option works for a Las Vegas trade show, and the deadlines and charges to check in your exhibitor kit.

Getting a box of graphics to the right place during show week is its own job. A Las Vegas show has a handful of practical drop points, each with its own rules. Your show’s exhibitor kit (also called the exhibitor manual or service kit) is the final word on dates, addresses and charges; this guide explains what to look for in it.
Most large shows appoint a general service contractor that runs an advance warehouse. You ship to the warehouse during a set receiving window before the show, using the label or address in your exhibitor kit, and the contractor delivers it to your booth before you arrive. Check three things: the first and last day the warehouse accepts freight (late shipments can be refused or charged more), the exact label format, and the material handling charges. Those are usually billed by weight with a minimum, and billed by the contractor to you. For a small box they can cost more than what is inside it, so compare options.
Freight can also go straight to the venue on the move-in dates in your kit. It is received at the dock by the show’s contractor and carries material handling charges too. Shipments that arrive outside the published dates can be refused.
Many shows let exhibitors hand-carry what they can carry in one trip without a dolly or cart; anything bigger has to go through the freight process. A rolled lettering kit is usually light enough to hand-carry. Whether an outside company can walk a delivery onto the show floor depends on the show’s rules for contractors and badges. Some shows require an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) registration and an insurance certificate, and some restrict access during certain hours. When booth delivery isn’t allowed, meeting your team at the hall entrance or a lobby is the usual answer.
Hotels will hold a package for a registered guest, usually at the front desk, bell desk or business center. Address it with the guest’s full name as it appears on the reservation, the arrival date, and “hold for guest arrival”. Many Las Vegas resorts charge a package-handling fee per box, so ask the hotel before you ship.
Shipping to your office before you travel is the simplest option when there is time: you check the kit, pack it with the rest of your booth supplies and bring it with you. It is the only option that doesn’t depend on show or hotel rules.
We deliver booth lettering kits to your booth during move-in within your show’s contractor rules (or meet your team at the hall entrance), leave them at your hotel’s front desk, send them to your show’s advance warehouse with the show’s label, or ship them to your office. Delivery cost is confirmed on your proof. Wrap It! is independent and not affiliated with any venue, show or service contractor.
Send the scope and location. We'll match it to certified installers and manage the job through one point of contact.
