Color, fine-detail and frosted percentages are of the kit’s base price. A spare set is 40% of the kit with its options. Rush applies to the kit plus any spare set. Vectorizing is a flat $25. Your proof shows the final price.

Removable vinyl is made for hard, smooth surfaces: laminate, painted walls, glass, acrylic and metal. Whether it comes off without marks depends on the surface and the condition of its finish; old, chalky or freshly painted finishes can lift with the vinyl. For same-day Las Vegas booth or hotel delivery, approve and pay the proof by 10:00 AM Pacific and it is delivered that day once we confirm capacity. Every clock starts when the proof is approved and paid, not when you place the order.

Yes. We deliver to your booth during move-in, within your show’s rules for contractor access; where a show does not allow it, we meet your team at the hall entrance. We can also leave it at your hotel’s front desk under your name, send it to your show’s advance warehouse with the show’s label, or ship it to your office. Delivery cost is confirmed on your proof.
No. Cut vinyl won’t bond to fabric, SEG or tension-fabric panels; it peels off within hours. Use it on rigid surfaces: laminate or painted walls, Sintra or foam board, glass, acrylic, aluminum and counters. Fabric and SEG graphics are printed; your printer supplies them, and our crews can install them.
No. We cut vinyl only: solid-color film cut to shape, with extra colors cut separately and layered. We don’t print photos, gradients, banners, floor graphics or fabric. If your booth needs printed pieces, your printer supplies them, and we can install them along with your vinyl.
From your proof email. It shows the final price and has an Approve & Pay button that takes a card through Stripe. Nothing is charged when you place the order. Paying approves the proof, and we start cutting when the payment comes through. Need a change first? Reply to the proof email and don’t pay yet.
Kits are cut to order for your booth, so they can’t be returned. If we made a mistake, we remake it free.
Removable vinyl is the default. It holds for the show and peels off laminate, painted walls, glass and acrylic. Whether it comes off without marks depends on the surface and its finish: old, chalky or freshly painted finishes can lift with the vinyl. Pick permanent only for a booth you own and reuse.
A vector file is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. You can also type the words and pick a font, paste a link to your files, or send a JPG or PNG of your logo and we vectorize it for $25. Every order gets a proof before anything is cut.
By the bounding box, the rectangle around everything that gets cut: up to 4 sq ft is $79, up to 10 sq ft $149, up to 20 sq ft $249, and bigger is quoted. Prices are for one color; each extra color adds 40% of the base price, fine detail under 1 inch or script adds 25%, frosted film adds 15%. A spare set adds 40% of the kit. Rush adds 35% (48 hours), 60% (24 hours) or 100% (same-day), on the kit plus any spare.
Yes. We install all trade show media: banners, fabric and SEG graphics, vinyl decals and privacy frost, and we can put up your kit too. Install and removal are quoted per job. On a show floor, labor follows each show’s rules for exhibitor-appointed contractors, and we confirm that with you before we book it.
